FAQ's
All residents are required to make a Reasonable Rent Contribution (RRC) as defined in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements for SDA. This is made up off approximately 25% of your Disability Support Pension and 100% of any Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
These vary depending on each property and will be discuss with tenants prior to moving in. In our properties we run a Board & Lodgings model which includes Rent, Utilities and food.
ELJET Property Group does not require our tenants to pay a bond for any of our properties.
In our SDA Properties, residents are responsible for paying their own utilities. In our SSA Properties all utilities are covered in the Board & Lodgings.
As an ELJET Property Group tenant you do not require any form of building insurance, however, we do recommend that you obtain contents insurance for your own personal items.
ELJET Property Group provide ongoing servicing and maintenance to all of our ELJET Property Group properties to ensure the safety and quality standards of each property are upheld.
ELJET Property Group may allow a pet in our properties upon request, however, we do require written authorisation prior.
