The NDIA estimate that around 6% of all NDIS participants will require SDA. Of these, only 12,000 people will have access to suitable housing. For this reason, ELJET Property Group is always looking for suitable dwellings to house our residents.

FAQ's
How much does an SDA Property cost?
All residents are required to make a Reasonable Rent Contribution (RRC) as defined in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements for SDA. This is made up off approximately 25% of your Disability Support Pension and 100% of any Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
How much does an SSA Property cost?
These vary depending on each property and will be discuss with tenants prior to moving in. In our properties we run a Board & Lodgings model which includes Rent, Utilities and food.
